Our Process

A visit to our showroom is the first step. You will meet with one of our designers to discuss your project in detail. During this complimentary consultation we will learn more about your ideas for your project and you will learn about our process. You will leave with a better vision for your project and with some homework! Your homework will be a take home questionnaire. This questionnaire will aid us in determining your needs, wants and preferences. Along with your questionnaire we ask that you gather a few photos of kitchens you love. 

Next, we visit your home. During this next meeting please have your questionnaire fully filled out along with photos of kitchens that you have gathered. We will discuss your vision for the project; functions needed, functions wanted, timeframe and budget. Next we will measure your existing space and take before photos.

Design is next! We will compile all of the information gathered and get started on the design of your project. Our design fee of $500 will be collected at your home visit so that we can get started on your project immediately. This design fee will be applied to your project.

To help you conceptualize your new space we create a series of working drawings comprised of plans, elevations and perspectives back in our studio.  The drawings include a complete design with the style, size, finish and location of cabinetry. The cost of your project will also be formulated and will fit within your budget.  The design process takes about 2 weeks to complete and we will set a tentative date for the presentation before we leave the home visit. 

We will present the design to you at our studio. We will discuss the overall function of the project, selected door style and finish option and will review any changes. Once the design review is complete we require a 10% deposit for your cabinet order and a signed agreement.

Once your order is placed you will receive a tentative install date. Our installer will receive an installation packet full of guidelines to effectively execute your install properly. Once your cabinets arrive at our warehouse we will schedule delivery. Delivery will be based on your readiness for the cabinets. If your home is still undergoing some renovations, your cabinets can wait at our warehouse free of charge. The night before delivery you will receive a call with a time window. They will unload the truck and deliver into your home where needed. Then the install will take place. After install is complete, we will visit your home to check the work of the installer and take final photos of your project.

Interior design- Selection of window treatments, lighting, wall coverings & fixtures.
Roofing- Specializing in custom copper work along with slate and rubber roofing
Counter Tops- Template and install
Custom Framed Mirrors- Pick your frame, pick your glass, we will measure the space and hand craft your mirror
Design- Remodel assistance and interior design
